About a year ago I wrote a piece for the Orthodox Motherhood's "Chat with an Orthodox Author series." Then the pandemic hit and everything was delayed. The piece came out in November 2020. Since then a lot has changed, including the title of the book!  Our new title is, "A Sacred Beginning: Nurturing Your Body, Mind and Soul During Baby's First Forty Days."  To learn more about me and the book read below:

Source. God is love and the source of all that is good. The bounty and the beauty of nature, the light in our souls, and the beginning of dreams all flow from this goodness.
Nourish. We are nourished by God and through His grace by love, our connections and community, the beauty of the natural world, by wholesome food, and the earnest prayers of our hearts.
Grow. Growth comes from struggle, from change, from reaching for beauty and goodness.
Through this process we grow in virtue, and become stronger, fulfilling our purpose.
